About Konstantin,
Principal Engineer
Meet Konstantin, a professional with over 25 years of experience in construction engineering and project management. Since graduating from the University of Construction Engineering in 1996, Konstantin has honed his skills across various roles including Structural Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Designer, and Project Manager.
As a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) and accredited Charter Engineer of Australia (CPEng), Konstantin actively applies his extensive knowledge to every project he undertakes. His diverse portfolio includes commercial, institutional, heavy civil works, high-end residential projects, and developments, showcasing his versatility and expertise.
Certified as an expert user of Autodesk Software, including Revit, AutoCAD, Robot Structural Analysis, and Inventor, Konstantin ensures the highest level of proficiency in leveraging technology for project success. Furthermore, his accreditation as a LEED® AP BD+C (Leader in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional – Building Design + Construction) highlights his commitment to environmental and energy-efficient design and construction practices.

Structural Engineer
John has 9 years of extensive structural engineering experience where he delivers a balance of design management and technical expertise to explore and develop alternative schemes and concepts that make for efficient and effective project delivery.
His journey is marked by a diverse portfolio, encompassing a spectrum of projects ranging from post-tension, concrete, steel, to timber design. Notably, his expertise extends to conducting meticulous lateral analyses for mid to high-rise buildings, ensuring structural integrity at every level.
John understands the importance of maintaining thorough and accurate records of the design process and progression for future reference and review. He has a deep understanding of building codes and Australian standards thus underscoring his dedication to upholding industry benchmarks.
