Our process of acquiring the service for Home Renovation

1. The client will provide their request in what they want to have done, such as remodelling, alterations, etc.
2. After discussing the details of the project, we will provide drawings following the design that the client wants.
3. Once the client agrees with the design plan, we will then devise an engineering plan such as the structures required to enable the development for the client’s design plan to be implemented.
4. We will provide the documentation of the plan to the client to have it reviewed by a Certifier to make sure that it is compliant, and then it will be submitted to the Council for approval.
5. Once approved, the client will provide the plans to a construction company to have it constructed.
6. When construction is done, it will be certified by either us or a qualified contractor that the constructed project done follows the compliance of the design plan we provided.
7. Once verified, a permit will be requested from the Council to finalize the client’s project.
